Welcome to Shilla K-BBQ, a delightful gem nestled in Savannah, GA, at 11 Gateway Blvd S Suite 50. This Korean restaurant has quickly gained a reputation for its authentic cuisine and warm atmosphere, drawing in both locals and visitors alike. As a food reviewer for Menustic, I'm excited to introduce you to a dining experience that not only honors traditional Korean flavors but also captivates the senses.

At Shilla K-BBQ, expect to embark on a culinary journey filled with tantalizing options. The menu boasts an impressive array of barbecue delights, featuring eel BBQ options like 소금구이 (Grilled with Salt) and 양념구이 (Grilled with Seasoning), both priced at $44.99. For pork enthusiasts, the selection includes 생삼겹살 (Raw Pork Belly Meat) and 돼지갈비 (Marinated Pork Ribs), which are known for their rich flavors and satisfying textures.

But it's not just about BBQ. The Jeongol or Korean Hot Pot offerings, including 소고기전골 (Beef Jeongol) and 해물전골 (Seafood Jeongol), are perfect for those seeking a heartwarming, communal dish. The prices reflect the quality, with each vibrant pot priced around $47.99 to $49.99.

Customer reviews echo a theme of authenticity and warmth. Diners have expressed their delight at the rich flavors, with one saying, “after living in South Korea for several years, I found this place to be delicious, well seasoned, and authentic.” This sentiment is echoed by many who appreciate the friendly staff and familial atmosphere that makes each visit special.

Personally, I was enamored by the jjajangmyeon and jjamppong, dishes that transported me back to the bustling streets of Korea. The flavors were spot-on, reminiscent of my favorite haunts in Seoul. However, it is worth noting that the dining experience can be on the pricier side, with some dishes exceeding $90 per person. Nevertheless, the quality and authenticity often justify the cost.

If you're looking for an immersive Korean culinary experience that feels both personal and vibrant, I wholeheartedly recommend Shilla K-BBQ. So whether you are a barbecue aficionado or a newcomer to Korean cuisine, this establishment promises a memorable meal filled with flavors that are sure to leave a mark.

After living in South Korea for several years, I found this place to be delicious, well seasoned, and authentic. I felt like a member of the family and would recommend to anyone!

They serve any customer now not just Hyundai affiliates. There is a reason that my supplier and Hyundai choose this establishment for our daily lunch program. This is the most authentic and flavorful Korean food I've had outside of Insa-dong/Anyang. You won't regret coming here. The jjang and the broth in their soup are perfect.

All the staff were friendly and neatly presented. had jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and chicken, and there was nothing to be desired. The taste was exactly the same as what I had in Korea.

I went to this restaurant twice this week and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and kind. They also opened a K-pop Chicken spot next door. One of my friends tried it and said it was good too. I was very satisfied with my experience. I hope their business continues to do well!

This restaurant is supposed to specialized in eel bbq rather than traditional Korean bbq. As for the eels, I find it’s decent. I think it is precooked and so the meat dried out a bit. The bbq is pretty average. We also ordered fermented bean soup (dwenjang jjige) and I can feel that it’s different than most Korean restaurant. This place seems more like home-cooking so it is less salty which I kinda like it but if you prefer standard Korean restaurant flavors, you will have to take the risk. When we went the restaurant was empty even though it’s Friday night and I’m not quite sure why—it could be the price tag. We spent like $90 per person and I have to say that it’s pricey for Korean BBQ

The owner was super friendly and the food tasted just like authentic Korean cuisine it was delicious! The server who helped us was also very kind. We really enjoyed our meal
